I'm sorry you got burned by him. He's, unfortunately, a repeat offender that goes back years. He burned me for a $30 story commission years ago, and I had to drag repayment out of him in the form of Flight Rising currency because I wasn't going to get cash back.
His MO is to ignore you until you forget.
Gosh, that's awful.. Sorry to hear you weren't able to get a real refund from him. Had I known he and Teahound were the same person, I wouldn't have commissioned, but he changes handles so frequently, it's hard to keep up! I hope someday he'll stop cheating others out of their hard-earned money.
