They told me the buyer can make an attempt to appeal, but they will have to bring forth entirely new information for their claims. I will update this post if need be. I converted my Paypal account to a business account due to advice I received (thank you). I added an updated window for the claim so that you can see the updated status. Now I only need to wait for the funds to be rereleased to me.

The absolute audacity of this artist to claim you're not being patient when you were out of Paypal's refund window.  If you're that hard up emotionally, then refund.  That's it.

It isn't that I'm not sympathetic.  I've been there myself.  Our previous owner was my best friend, and there was a time I couldn't do anything after she passed.  I ended up refunding my queue.  Your clients aren't free loans nor charities.

This artist is swiftly ending up on our frequent flyer list, and the fact that you're not the only person they're asking for loans for rides from is worrying.

This is excellent news.  Do you have both in hand?  Once you close this we won't reopen it, and it's unclear if you've been made whole.

After this beware was approved, I sent them a message with Artist Beware as the title and they got back to me within a day and told me that Furaffinity was being banned in their country so I needed to add them on Telegram.

I added them and there were a few more missed deadlines but they did finish my piece today which I'm thankful for so I think this can be marked as resolved.

The maker even offered a full refund for the items and to pay for the shipping (which I appreciate), but I refused as work have been done and that's something I respect. The items are in good qualities.

I can put that mistake as beeing fairly new to managing a compagny. He just need to be more in touch which his clients and to better manage his orders.
