Also would keep the old name since searching that one twitter leads to several others having art stolen being used in her scams.

Not just that. (Which in itself is a massive red flag cause anyone would  be very familiar with the manga/anime.) but a few of their examples look traced and very uncanny especially the background one it's very inconsistent.

Considering this is his 4th beware and he considering this beware cyber buying on top of his constant ban evasions on FA and history of this of his previous three bewares. He's certainly making sure no one would want to commission him.

Wow sad you had to do a chargeback to get your money back the artist flipout and behavior over this. A beware well earned.

This is not really surprising from the other bewares of this artist and the unsolicited notes those replies from him are really guilt tripping.

That is some poor communication especially since you waited patiently for about a year I'm sure your past the protection period.

Wow that is really scummy though i'm surprise the client DA page isn't posted here as well as the FA. To use an artist work to pay for as a YCH on FA and post the completed version on DA as well just wow... that's just awful.

Wow that first screenshot is a red flag in itself considering the solicitation itself usually that's a sign for trouble. 

Unfortunately looking at the kemono.party twitter and seeing a few posts from the twitter it's clear this will not be easy for you.

This is starting to become a pattern from this artist. especially since this is the 3rd time they've been posted here.

Some of the images are missing here as well so it's hard to tell what happened.

the fact that people are being blocked for siding with the customer baffles me. I too had been blocked too. Not enough people on twitter are talking about this.

it’s like some big accounts just get away with anything. I hope the person got their refund or a fix on the commission.

From the resolved tag on this caution most likely mavericktarot did a charge back after taking soundbbabe advice. 

This is not entirely surprising behavior at all. their previous beware back in 2019 was the same as this.

I checked earlier and I guess I liked the beware on Twitter so I was blocked. Ouchies. 

Considering this was resolved most likely the artist had to do a chargeback to get their money back. plus the quote retweets from the beware on twitter and the update for the reason for complete proof here. This caution is really warranted.

I would actually dispute it anyways since your still within paypal protection window.

*Sigh* The doxing really just solidifies the beware even if the OP here is a minor at she pretty much handled this well unlike the artist. I would not be surprised if this happened with other customers of hers.

Also that is very smart of you to make an archive of said person TOS as well as the stash since that should help in your favor.

Holy hell that last note that sounds like confirms she only looks at expensive art and strings artists around. Beware is warranted.

Also said FA account is pending deletion from it's owner so sadly this isn't going to be resolved at all.

Unfortunately from what i've noticed over the years on twitter once something like this get's posted there's always a mob especially from quote tweets.

Really hope paypal helps you out OP considering the person in question has their twitter protected.

Was this by any chance commissioned from skeb by any chance from the artist link. Cause if so and you contacted them that's going to get you in a lot of trouble Skeb has some very strict rules on that from this guide.

Very disappointing on her part and not really surprising there would be another alt. She really only making things worse for herself.

Also just noticed all of her other accounts are unbanned as well.

Good call considering that journal is indeed strange and unusual especially with the disabled replies. Meaning BV using Sebastian account.

Both Sebastian and Brokenvocaloid accounts have been unsuspended today with a journal update on the former account.
