    After waiting and waiting I have yet to receive any kind of payment or notification from her.

    EXPLAIN: Alright so to start this was a wonderfully normal interaction between an artist and commissoner that desperately needed help. Hearing from a friend this person needed it I decided to do so and here are those interactions.

    See? Normal. Now this is when it starts to get bad. I noted her after waiting till Jan of 2018 seeing I had heard nothing from her not even WIP's

    This was never responded to.

     

    Now, carrying on I started noticing journals going out. Now, I understand crap happens and all but it became more strange when I kept seeing more and heard absolutely nothing about my commissioned piece back in July.

    Not a problem! Was done live stream and everything! Ok! Awesome so waiting a bit longer I noticed more journals as seen below.

    So, waiting a bit longer I was finally added to her discord group and therefore was able to get in contact with her via the messenger

    Here became a slow progression of feeling overwhelmed with having to gently ask what is going on every now and then. Finally after waiting for a long time with no response I officially gave her an apology and asked for a refund if not a partial as seen in the proof above

     

    After waiting and waiting I have yet to recieve any kind of payment or notification from her.

     

    This is still an ongoing problem.

    I'm very sorry to hear about your experience with me, and I would like to rectify the situation by getting you your art immediately. Since I have no recent contacts from you, I must request your order details again. I am so very sorry for not getting your art to you in a timely manor. I was in and out of the hospital a lot for surgeries, and the busy schedule made it difficult to get my commissions out on time. Then, and since my computer died, I lost my files on who was owed what. This is no excuse though, and I am greatly sorry for letting your commission go unfulfilled. I can guarentee to you that I will not only get your commission completed in a timely manor, it will be streamed live on a day that is good for you, this way you can approve the sketches and see the piece done from start to finish.

    If you were trying to get a hold of me on Furaffinity, My username is Lazeros there, but as of now, I do not check that account as often as I should. I am much more active on Deviantart currently.

    Ah, I see you are Larka of DA!

    I do want to note that a full refund was issued a few months ago via the paypal refund button. I can look through and confirm it was taken from my account, so I hope you did receive it. But as a show of good faith, I would also like to complete the commission as ordered. If you would like something completely different, just tell me and I will make it happen for you. You purchased a $50.00 Full scene from me, so any one character scene you would like. ^^
